Rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Liked everything.
Clean, modern and very comfortable. Rooms were nicely appointed and the sitting area of the lobby was very cozy. Complimentary breakfast was nicely laid out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast, fantastic matresses, friendly staff.
Nothing I did not like.
The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a motel or hotel. I will stay there again if the occasion arises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any and everybody! ...read more

It was easy to find and very convenient.
The dining room was very crowded and we could not find a seat.
Easy to find. Clean and nicely decorated. It did get noisy at night when some kids were running down the hall and talking loudly. The rooms could be better insulated for sound.

Parking was inadequate.
We had guaranteed late arrival, staff waiting and helpful, room was top floor and AC was off. Temp was near 106 in Crossville that day so room was musty and hot, took 15 minutes to cool down. Everything else was fine; my wife liked the bed (unusual). Would go back. ...read more
